The Full Story

Born in New Zealand came to Australia for a national

tour of GODSPELL

Joined LITTLE RIVER BAND as the original bass player in 1975.

Recorded two albums, debut album Little River Band and After Hours - both multi-platinum sellers.

Joined Melbourne based band STARS, recorded platinum

selling album "Paradise".

Toured South Africa with CLIFF RICHARD. 1978
Joined highly acclaimed fusion band PYRAMID. Recorded self titled debut album. Toured Europe with Pyramid performed at the MONTREAUX JAZZ FESTIVAL 1983.
Appeared on the ABC television special "DON BURROWS COLLECTION" as a result the LP "SUNSHOWER" was released.
Recorded on PETER CUPPLES "Fear of Thunder" album.
JACKO single "I'm An Individual".
Joined "SHORT CIRCUIT" featuring LISA EDWARDS and recorded an innovative, high-tech album "WAITING FOR THE BIG ONE"
Recorded Fretless bass on JOHN FARNHAM'S "You're the Voice" and

"Touch of Paradise" tracks for the "WHISPERING JACK" album.

Also toured on the 1987/88 "JACK'S BACK" tour.

Supported TINA ARENA on the LIONEL RITCHIE Australasian tour

Toured U.S.A. with LITTLE RIVER BAND summer '98

Formed BASS-IC INSTINCT in mid 1996 to explore traditional and new musical directions for bass playing, but principally as a way of showcasing WARWICK instruments in a real world performing environment. The band features three of the most accomplished and respected bass players in the Australian music industry. Roger McLachlan, Craig Newman, Evripides Evripidou.
